Senior Stylist at ALAÏA Las Vegas – luxury retail role with $27–$31/hour, managing client portfolios and driving sales in a prestigious fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reach weekly and monthly store sales targets while increasing average transaction value and units per transaction through strategic cross-selling
- Develop and maintain a qualified client portfolio, executing action plans to upgrade high-potential clients and reclaim dormant relationships
- Deliver exceptional client service through active listening, needs assessment, and personalized styling guidance during in-boutique, telephone, and email interactions
- Participate actively in private client events and high-ticket client actions to strengthen clientele relationships and drive loyalty
- Maintain detailed client records and a comprehensive client book, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing
- Uphold ALAÏA visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique remains immaculately presented, welcoming, and on-brand at all times
- Support boutique operations including inventory counts, team meetings, cash management, pre-order administration, and deposit handling
- Demonstrate masterful product knowledge of ALAÏA ready-to-wear and accessories, articulating collection narratives and construction details
- Resolve client issues with discretion, investigating concerns, proposing solutions, and escalating challenges to management when appropriate
- Maintain ALAÏA grooming and presentation standards while representing the Maison's values and heritage with integrity and authenticity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with emphasis on fashion, accessories, and ready-to-wear
- Established track record in retail sales with demonstrated ability to develop and manage a strong client base
- Mastery of luxury clienteling techniques and consultative selling methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in professional written and verbal English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and point-of-sale platforms
- Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritizing responsibilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Physical capability to stand and sit for extended periods, lift and carry loads up to 20 pounds regularly, and work flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail environments, with demonstrated expertise in fashion, accessories, and ready-to-wear sales.
