Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly store sales targets whilst increasing average basket value through UPT and VPT metrics
• Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships with international clientele, developing strategic action plans to upgrade high-potential accounts and reactivate lapsed clients
• Master product knowledge of ALAÏA ready-to-wear and accessories construction to effectively communicate the Maison's heritage and design narrative
• Deliver seamless client service experiences through private appointments and boutique interactions, nurturing loyalty through consistent follow-up and personalized attention
• Develop and maintain an active client book within the CRM database, documenting client preferences and purchasing history
• Execute visual merchandising standards in alignment with Maison guidance whilst maintaining boutique environment at the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Actively participate in client events, including high-ticket client experiences and exclusive Maison actions
• Support management team with operational tasks including inventory management, cash handling, pre-order management, and daily boutique operations
• Represent ALAÏA with impeccable grooming and brand standards, embodying the Maison's aesthetic and values at all times
• Address and resolve client issues promptly, investigating root causes and escalating recommendations to drive service excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience in fashion, accessories, or ready-to-wear
• Proven track record in retail sales and operations with demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong client base
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communications
• Strong attention to detail with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work extended periods standing and sitting
• Physical capacity to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
• Availability for extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with direct experience in fashion and accessories sales. Previous success in building and maintaining a strong clientele within an upscale retail environment is essential. Demonstrable expertise in private appointment-based selling models and high-net-worth client engagement is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in luxury retail or fashion is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 31 per hour.
