Richemont seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery of innovative Client Interactions solutions within the global Client Platforms division, managing distributed teams across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Front-end development. This pivotal role combines traditional Scrum mastery with business analysis and product design responsibilities, supporting a prestigious multi-Maison Salesforce initiative serving the world's most distinguished luxury brands. The successful candidate will drive continuous process improvement, remove impediments, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across complex, international team structures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master to development teams (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Front-end), guiding implementation and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- Continuously improve ways of working to enhance effectiveness and efficiency across implementation teams
- Collaborate with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Remove obstacles and impediments hindering team progress, escalating issues when necessary for timely resolution
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints
- Perform business design and translate requirements into Jira tickets in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability; support Technical Team Lead in KPI tracking and product team assessment
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and best practices
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence
- Support business design team during workload fluctuations, serving as a business analyst when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Salesforce environment
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment
- Ability to understand technical concepts, challenges, and architectural considerations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr enterprise
- Fluent English
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience
Minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably with Salesforce experience; at least 2 additional years as a business analyst, also ideally in a Salesforce context. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies, with proven success in driving process improvements and delivering high-quality solutions in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required.
