Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and serve multiple cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring high-performing delivery against product roadmaps and business priorities.
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, retrospective) and scale rituals across programmes where appropriate.
- Coach product owners, engineers and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices to foster autonomy, predictability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments, escalate risks, and coordinate dependencies across teams and with enterprise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, PMOs or chapter leads to align team delivery with portfolio planning and business objectives.
- Track and communicate key delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, throughput) and use data to drive process improvements.
- Promote DevOps practices and a culture of continuous delivery, quality and automation in partnership with engineering and platform teams.
Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent Agile certification; SAFe certification desirable.
- Proven ability to coach senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Strong facilitation skills for ceremonies, workshops and cross-team planning events.
- Excellent communication skills in multi-stakeholder, multilingual environments.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires 5+ years working in Agile environments with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach supporting mid-to-large software delivery teams; experience in retail, luxury goods or omnichannel commerce is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
