Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master to development teams (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Front-end), guiding implementation and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
• Continuously improve ways of working to enhance effectiveness and efficiency across implementation teams
• Collaborate with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Remove obstacles and impediments hindering team progress, escalating issues when necessary for timely resolution
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints
• Perform business design and translate requirements into Jira tickets in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability; support Technical Team Lead in KPI tracking and product team assessment
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and best practices
• Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence
• Support business design team during workload fluctuations, serving as a business analyst when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Salesforce environment
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment
• Ability to understand technical concepts, challenges, and architectural considerations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr enterprise
• Fluent English
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Skills

Experience

Minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably with Salesforce experience; at least 2 additional years as a business analyst, also ideally in a Salesforce context. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies, with proven success in driving process improvements and delivering high-quality solutions in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required.
