Richemont seeks an experienced Senior Sales Associate for its Seoul Lotte World Tower location. Lead sales operations and deliver exceptional client experiences in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales floor activities and mentor junior sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service and luxury brand expertise
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience
  • Support store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales excellence in a luxury retail environment
  • Advanced knowledge of luxury goods, brand heritage, and product positioning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with multilingual capability preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting

Experience
