Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to high‑net‑worth and prospective clients, building long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and tailored product presentations.
- Manage CRM records and client portfolios to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to reflect maison brand identity.
- Process POS transactions, handle cash and ensure accurate reconciliation and stock control.
- Support inventory management, receiving, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures.
