Richemont is hiring a Sr. Sales Associate in Seoul: senior retail role delivering luxury client service and driving boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, anticipatory client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets; drive KPI performance through upselling, cross-selling and conversion optimization.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation in accordance with maison standards.
- Manage high-value transactions, after-sales enquiries and warranty processes with discretion and accuracy.
- Operationally support boutique activities including stock control, receiving and reconciliation, POS operation and daily cash management.
- Mentor and coach junior staff; act as an ambassador for brand values and service excellence on the sales floor.
- Utilize CRM tools to record client interactions, pipeline opportunities and after-sales service notes.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrated achievement against targets.
- Extensive product knowledge of watches and/or high jewellery, or demonstrable ability to learn technical product specifics quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to manage confidential client information and high-value transactions with professionalism.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires 3–5+ years of direct experience in luxury retail selling, preferably within watches, fine jewellery or comparable high-value accessories. Experience mentoring colleagues or leading on-floor initiatives is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, hospitality or retail management preferred.
