Richemont seeks an experienced Senior Sales Associate in Phuket to lead luxury retail operations and drive exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily sales floor operations and team performance
- Deliver personalized luxury retail services to high-value clientele
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the luxury portfolio
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and drive repeat business

- Proven senior-level experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion
