Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in targeted sales campaigns, building new relationships and strengthening existing accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints; resolve issues efficiently and refer complex matters appropriately to ensure satisfactory customer outcomes
  • Establish clear objectives for each sales interaction; deliver product presentations using standard materials; ask relevant diagnostic questions to assess customer interest and identify information gaps
  • Identify prospective customers through referrals, recommendations, trade shows, conferences, and strategic networking activities
  • Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs; leverage personal expertise to configure quantities and specifications; present selections and invite purchase decisions at standard pricing and terms
  • Schedule follow-up activities and record all customer contact details and outcomes in the CRM system to maintain effective call planning and enable organizational data quality for retention and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop internal communications, strengthen external customer relationships, and address complex customer needs
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and codes of conduct; seek supervisor authorization for procedural exceptions
  • Manage personal performance objectives using performance management systems; monitor team performance as required, allocate work, review completion quality and timeliness, and implement corrective actions
  • Continuously develop professional capabilities through assessment and development planning, formal and informal training, coaching, and external accreditation where relevant; stay current with industry technology, regulation, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in senior-level luxury sales or client relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process management
  • Knowledge of luxury jewelry, watches, or high-end accessories sectors is advantageous
