Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients through personalized service and expert product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Provide consultative selling services aligned with luxury brand positioning
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to store training initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain an exemplary retail environment

Qualifications
