Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Associate in London (Bond Street) for a client‑facing luxury retail role delivering high‑value service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth customers to drive repeat sales and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, follow‑up and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain exemplary standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising consistent with maison guidelines.
- Manage high‑value transactions and after‑sales service, including packaging, repairs coordination and client follow‑up.
- Use CRM and clienteling tools to log interactions, create client profiles and execute targeted outreach and invitations to private events.
- Support stock control, receiving and inventory management; ensure accurate reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
- Mentor and support junior sales colleagues, sharing best practices in client approach and product knowledge when required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with affluent clients and deliver discreet, consultative service.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding luxury retail sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional presentation and polished etiquette.
- Detailed product knowledge or a strong aptitude to rapidly acquire expertise in high‑value categories (jewellery, watches, leather goods, or accessories).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to align with boutique trading patterns and client appointments.

Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within a flagship or Bond Street calibre boutique, with a proven record selling high‑value merchandise and managing discerning clientele.
Education
