Richemont is hiring a Senior Sales Associate in Geneva — lead boutique client engagement, achieve sales targets and represent a maison of watches or jewellery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and discerning clientele, creating memorable in-store experiences.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive prospecting, clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to store commercial strategies and KPI tracking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: product presentation, consultation, quotation, transaction processing and post-sale service.
  • Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge across relevant categories (watches, jewellery or writing instruments) and communicate technical and heritage aspects with authority.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique adheres to brand standards for presentation, stock placement and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Use CRM and point-of-sale systems to log client interactions, manage appointments and follow up on opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues; contribute to an inclusive, high-performance boutique culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-achieving retail performance in the luxury sector, ideally within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trust with affluent clients and close complex sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and experience working to targets and KPIs.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous depending on market.
  • Authorization to work in Switzerland and flexible availability to cover boutique operating hours, including weekends and peak selling periods.
