Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Advisor — Stylist for the Chloé boutique on Avenue Montaigne, Paris. Senior retail role focused on high-value clienteling and styling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling and advisory services to a discerning luxury clientele, building long-term relationships and securing repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and up-selling.
- Manage the end-to-end client experience, including product presentation, private appointments, order handling and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards in line with brand directives.
- Contribute to CRM activities: record client interactions, preferences and purchase history accurately to nurture the client portfolio.
- Support stock operations including inventory control, replenishment requests and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff; share product knowledge and best practices to elevate overall team performance.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and trunk shows, liaising with store management and regional teams when required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury fashion retail as a sales advisor or stylist, preferably within a flagship or high-traffic boutique.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-value client service and to manage confidential, high-net-worth client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Excellent presentation and personal styling skills with deep product knowledge of ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and discreetly.
- Availability to work retail hours typical of a flagship store on Avenue Montaigne, including evenings and weekends.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail or equivalent role as a stylist or senior sales advisor, with a demonstrable record of high-value sales and client development in a flagship or boutique environment.
Education
