Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Advisor in Paris to lead luxury account management, strategic sales initiatives, and team supervision within a prestigious Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and cultivating relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations
- Set clear objectives for sales engagement; develop and deliver tailored presentations that address the known interests, needs, issues, and concerns of customer stakeholders; gather and analyze relevant information; and secure agreement to customer requirements
- Cultivate personal networks within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance organizational visibility and reputation
- Configure complex product-and-services solutions and associated contractual terms that meet customers' mid- to long-term needs, incorporating input from internal specialists; present solutions and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters
- Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners on pricing and contractual conditions
- Control specific segments of organizational business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals and objectives
- Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements, planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to major accounts
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement
- Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners
- Develop product education courses to meet identified needs and improve team performance
- Serve as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, and operational management, maintaining current knowledge of emerging external regulations and industry best practices
- Ensure all activities and responsibilities are conducted in accordance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent level of education
- Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others
- Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and navigate decision-making structures within customer organizations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business management tools

Experience
Extensive professional experience in sales, account management, or business development within the luxury sector or comparable high-end industries. The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships, lead sales initiatives, and mentor junior team members. Experience with B2B sales, strategic account management, or channel management is essential.
