Richemont seeks Senior Sales Advisor for Vhernier boutique, Paris. Luxury jewelry retail role requiring 7+ years' experience and fluent English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver premium customer service through attentive greeting, needs assessment, product presentation, and sales negotiation with both local and international clientele
  • Develop and execute personalized client retention strategies to build lasting relationships and ensure continuity of service
  • Participate actively in store operations, including team meetings, visual merchandising initiatives, and PR events to enhance brand presence and visibility
  • Represent the Vhernier brand with integrity, upholding the Maison's heritage, values, and distinctive aesthetic philosophy at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fine jewelry or watchmaking
  • Advanced knowledge of jewelry craftsmanship, materials (including titanium and rare gemstones), and design principles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a loyal clientele
  • Fluent English; proficiency in a third language highly valued
