Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑value clientele.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and conversion.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across relevant categories and present merchandise with narrative clarity.
- Manage daily boutique operations including merchandising standards, stock presentation and point‑of‑sale transactions.
- Execute clienteling activities and follow up on post‑sale service to maximise lifetime client value.
- Support and mentor junior sales staff; contribute to in‑store coaching and performance reviews.
- Represent the maison at private client events and contribute to local business development initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with brand policies, visual guidelines and loss‑prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within high‑end watches, jewellery or leather goods.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence appropriate to a luxury environment.
