Richemont seeks a Senior Sales at Selfridges, London — senior luxury sales role focused on client development, concession standards and revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed individual and concession sales targets through proactive client acquisition, conversion and long-term clienteling.
  • Provide expert product advice and storytelling to affluent clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of materials, techniques and maison heritage.
  • Manage the client journey end-to-end including appointments, personalisation requests, after-sales care and relationship follow-up.
  • Maintain concession standards: visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and adherence to brand guidelines within Selfridges.
  • Operate POS and transaction processes accurately; support stock control, receipting, transfers and inventory reconciliation.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with store security and operational protocols.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues during shifts; deputise for management in the absence of line managers when required.
  • Represent the brand at store events and collaborate with Selfridges’ commercial teams to maximise promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs and building high-value client portfolios.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage HNW and international clientele.
  • Authorised to work in the UK and available to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Professional presentation and strong commercial awareness appropriate to a luxury department store environment.
