Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance and exceed revenue, conversion and average‑transaction KPIs through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with VIP and prospective clients; manage the full client lifecycle including acquisition, retention and after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Deliver exemplary in‑boutique brand presentation and product storytelling consistent with A. Lange & Söhne’s maison standards.
  • Coordinate inventory control, merchandising and stock rotations to optimise assortment and availability for priority clients.
  • Coach, mentor and formally train junior boutique staff to elevate service standards and sales capability.
  • Plan and execute client events, private viewings and trunk shows in collaboration with regional retail leadership and marketing.
  • Prepare timely sales reporting, market feedback and boutique action plans for submission to area management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine watchmaking or high jewellery, with a demonstrable sales track record.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and delivering discreet, personalised service.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and managing boutique inventory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to lead and develop boutique teams.
  • Professional proficiency in Korean and strong working knowledge of English.
