Richemont seeks a Senior Retail Executive for A. Lange & Söhne in Seoul to lead boutique sales, client relations and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee boutique operations in Seoul, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and client experience.
  • Drive sales performance and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs through proactive client acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
  • Develop and mentor boutique staff: recruitment, training, performance reviews and individual development plans.
  • Manage key client relationships and high-value accounts, delivering personalised clienteling and after‑sales follow-up.
  • Coordinate merchandising, inventory control and stock rotations to optimise availability of flagship and limited-edition pieces.
  • Collaborate with regional management, marketing and after‑sales teams to execute product launches, trunk shows and VIP events.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, report on commercial metrics and recommend actions to improve boutique profitability and service levels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or high-end jewelry; track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, coaching and developing boutique teams.
  • Deep understanding of haute horlogerie product, provenance and technical selling points.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing retail KPIs, stock controls and client portfolios.
  • Professional presentation, discretion handling high-net-worth clients and the ability to represent a heritage maison at VIP events.
  • Fluency in Korean and strong business English preferred; additional languages an advantage.
