Richemont seeks Regional Marketing & Merchandising Executive in Hong Kong SAR for luxury jewelry sector; full-time role coordinating campaigns and market analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product promotions and marketing campaigns with technical marketing expertise
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market data and intelligence to inform marketing and sales strategies
- Gather customer and market data to assess and review marketing activity effectiveness
- Identify potential solutions through data analysis, navigating relevant processes and precedents
- Prepare and contribute to comprehensive data and analytics reports
- Resolve queries from internal or external stakeholders by providing information on complex processes and policies
- Develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns aligned with regional objectives
- Support team members through application of strategic planning systems and protocols
- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to protect brand integrity and support brand management initiatives
- Remain current with relevant technology, external regulations, and luxury industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures and systems
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles and campaign development
- Proficiency in data analysis and market intelligence gathering
- Experience in luxury or high-end retail environment preferred
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in marketing support, market analysis, or related functions within a luxury or multinational environment. Limited managerial experience acceptable.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level qualification required.
