Richemont seeks Senior Regional Marketing & Merchandising Executive for North American jewellery portfolio, based in Hong Kong. Strategic luxury marketing role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for jewellery collections across North America
- Lead merchandising initiatives, including product assortment, placement, and promotional calendar planning
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to translate brand positioning into compelling retail narratives
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with retail operations, wholesale partners, and global marketing teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform product and marketing decisions
- Oversee digital and retail marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present quarterly performance metrics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury jewellery marketing or merchandising, preferably within a multi-brand environment
- Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and market share
