Richemont Senior Regional Group Marketing Manager role in Hong Kong, leading APAC marketing strategy and brand equity analysis for luxury houses.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive integrated analysis addressing diverse marketing and business topics by decoding luxury market dynamics, competitive performance, regional marketing strategies, and consumer purchasing behaviors across APAC markets
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analytical tools, frameworks, and datasets to identify actionable insights, including macro-economic indicators, luxury distribution trends, and overseas purchasing patterns
  • Champion client marketing capabilities by conducting client analysis and performance diagnostics to identify business opportunities for the Group and Maisons
  • Establish robust and representative methodologies to ensure sound, objective, and integrated analysis for stakeholder validation
  • Manage external partners and internal resources to deliver quality outputs aligned with Group Marketing standards, timelines, and budgets
  • Execute seamless project management with robust prioritization across assigned topics
  • Engage diverse stakeholders—including Maison marketing leaders, senior management, and Group Marketing HQ counterparts—in business-relevant discussions to identify support opportunities
  • Animate internal communities through regular sharing sessions, summits, webinars, workshops, and publications tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Serve as the key resource for Group Marketing in tracking competitive activities, client behavior evolutions, and emerging market trends
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in analytical methodologies, insight generation processes, and stakeholder engagement practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, quantitative analysis, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing, business analysis, or strategy experience, with robust in-house background required
  • Proven ability to autonomously deliver extensive marketing and business analysis with actionable, business-relevant insights
  • Experience integrating both quantitative and qualitative market research and consumer insights
  • Demonstrated maturity in navigating matrix organizations and managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Hands-on proficiency with data analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
  • Fluent spoken and written command of English; proficiency in Chinese or other Asian languages highly valued
  • International or APAC regional market exposure strongly preferred
