Van Cleef & Arpels hiring Senior Recruitment Specialist in Paris for 6-month contract. Manage full recruitment cycle and partner with operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather operational recruitment needs from business managers and define target candidate profiles
- Compose compelling job advertisements and distribute via optimal channels
- Source and evaluate candidates through all available talent pools, assessing both technical competencies and cultural fit with the Maison
- Support managers throughout the recruitment process as a true business partner
- Maintain precise activity reporting whilst delivering an optimal candidate experience at each process stage
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment practices and processes
Qualifications
- Solid recruitment experience demonstrated in previous roles
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and recruitment best practices
- Ability to translate operational needs into concrete recruiting solutions
- Capacity to establish and maintain trust with both managers and candidates
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent recruitment assignments
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
