Richemont seeks a Senior Recruitment Specialist for a fixed-term contract in Paris. Lead talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across the organization
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting through onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- Conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiations
- Track recruitment metrics and reporting to HR leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
- Proven experience recruiting for professional, management, or specialized roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3–5 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multi-brand corporate group or luxury sector environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional recruitment certification.
