Senior Project Manager, Store Design & Construction at Richemont in New York—luxury retail boutique project management, $125k–$150k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to boutique renovation and new-build projects
- Develop feasibility studies and evaluate potential retail locations in collaboration with internal teams and international Store Design Planning (SDP)
- Manage project budgets of $125,000–$150,000 annually; review cost estimates with AVP of SDP and work with cost control to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate timely completion of design and construction phases (schematic, design development, execution, and tender) with architects and consultants
- Lead and oversee the tender phase with architect and quantity surveyor; review scope of work with general contractors and millworkers
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of owner-supplied items and manage cost tracking through invoice processing and reconciliation
- Oversee project turnover to retail operations and completion of all punch list items
- Interface with legal department on lease exhibits and contracts with consultants and general contractors
- Coordinate across internal departments to drive successful project execution aligned with business needs
- Travel to project sites up to 30% of the time; potential people management responsibilities depending on organizational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
- Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury retail construction and project management
- In-house project management experience preferred
- Full-scope retail construction project experience
- Fluent in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of store planning and construction methodologies

Experience
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in luxury retail construction and project management, including full-scope retail construction projects. In-house project management experience is preferred. Demonstrated expertise coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders on complex boutique development and renovation initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
