Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception through successful delivery
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams
- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Communicate progress, risks, and deliverables to senior stakeholders and executives
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of excellence within the PMO
- Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level projects with budgets exceeding €1M
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in matrix environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to align project objectives to business goals
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity. Demonstrated success delivering high-value initiatives in luxury, retail, or corporate environments is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline; PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
