Richemont Paris – Senior Project Manager, Hospitality & VIP Experiences. Lead luxury event and experience delivery with strategic oversight and stakeholder engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the conception, planning, and execution of high-end hospitality and VIP experience events and programmes
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and luxury partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies aligned with luxury brand standards
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance with Richemont's elevated service and experience protocols
- Liaise with executive stakeholders and VIP clientele to understand bespoke requirements and deliver customized experiences
- Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, event management, or high-end client experience delivery
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant budgets
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and VIP customer expectations
- Excellent project management methodologies and tools proficiency (Agile, Waterfall, or equivalent frameworks)
