Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning and execution of complex VIP experiences and international events, including budget management, agency coordination, and comprehensive guest journey orchestration from invitation through post-event follow-up
• Oversee operational implementation of creative and logistical elements including gastronomic direction, bespoke artistic programming, model presentations, and production of event-related publishing materials
• Operationalize, deploy, and refine central Experience Catalogs leveraging performance metrics to guide market team execution and future experience development
• Ensure on-the-ground execution of ultra-personalization strategies, manage custom gift production, and oversee concierge service workflows with documented SOPs
• Prepare comprehensive post-event operational data and financial analysis to support manager evaluation of KPIs, ROI, and return-on-objectives
• Support structural development of global hospitality projects and experiential content in partnership with internal teams and specialized vendors
• Contribute to retail customer experience elevation through training program assistance and integration of hospitality narratives with Sales and Learning & Development teams
• Mentor and supervise departmental interns while fostering collaborative and agile work environment
• Maintain central reporting infrastructure, consolidate market data, and support quarterly internal communications on experiences and events
• Actively participate in international High Jewelry market itineraries, managing on-site execution and analyzing emerging trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–7 years of progressive project management experience with emphasis on luxury hospitality or high-end events
• Proven ability to operationalize complex projects from strategic brief through flawless execution
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, event mechanics, and procurement processes
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities with demonstrated budget and timeline management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities

Minimum 6–7 years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated expertise in luxury hospitality, premium events, or high-end client experiences within a luxury brand environment. Proven track record of translating strategic directives into operationally flawless execution.
