Richemont seeks a Senior Project Manager for Event Experience in Berlin. Lead luxury brand activations and sophisticated event experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of high-profile brand events and experiential activations from strategy through execution
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple concurrent projects with a keen eye for detail and ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketing departments, and external partners to translate brand concepts into immersive experiences
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards across all event components
- Develop and present project proposals, progress reports, and post-event analyses to senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, technology, logistics, and on-site operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior-level event project management, preferably within luxury brands or premium hospitality
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with substantial budgets
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing and brand activation strategies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities

Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in event management or project management within the luxury sector, brand marketing, or premium hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity managing high-complexity events.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced project management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.
