A. Lange & Söhne seeks a Senior Project Manager for Event Experience in Berlin to lead luxury VIP and media engagement formats with full creative and budgetary control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project management of high-end live formats, from concept and budgeting through flawless execution, managing timelines and budgets for events ranging from exclusive intimate gatherings to international productions
  • Develop bespoke, emotionally resonant customer journeys for VICs, prospects, and media representatives, ensuring a consistent and luxurious brand experience across all physical and digital touchpoints
  • Conceive and establish innovative digital, hybrid, and immersive event formats whilst managing sophisticated media productions, including interactive spatial design and cutting-edge audiovisual technologies
  • Lead and coordinate external service providers, creative agencies, and premium partners with rigorous attention to quality standards and cost-benefit analysis
  • Conceptually guide exclusive manufactory visits for VIPs, develop global event toolkits for international markets, and collaborate closely with point-of-sale teams to ensure cohesive brand presence

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, event management, media studies, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated event management experience, including budget responsibility for large-scale projects exceeding €1 million and management of live-event production timelines with fixed delivery windows
  • Deep understanding of journey-based strategic event design and the translation of brand values into emotional experiences
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and modern collaboration tools, particularly within the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem (MS Planner, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills with analytical and structured work approach; open, communicative mindset for success in interdisciplinary and intercultural team environments
  • Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility regarding design and uncompromising quality standards; prior experience in premium or luxury goods sector is a significant advantage
  • Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken); French language skills preferred
