Cartier seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager in Paris to oversee European boutique renovations. Fixed-term contract, 4–6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies, development, tender processes, and construction phases for European boutique network renovations
- Manage external teams including architects, quantity surveyors, and executing contractors throughout all project phases
- Deliver clear, rigorous reporting to senior management on quality, budget, planning, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and consultants to ensure long-term partnership alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, network development, legal, real estate, and procurement departments
- Champion sustainable development initiatives including LEED certification, life cycle assessment, local sourcing, and resource re-use strategies
- Test and implement international construction methodologies and best practices across the Europe region
- Participate in construction department meetings and knowledge-sharing seminars
- Anticipate maintenance requirements in collaboration with local market teams
Qualifications
- Qualification as an Architect or Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or related disciplines
- Fluency in English; French and Spanish highly desirable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated expertise in project management with knowledge of luxury retail sector
- Proven leadership and influence capabilities
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction project management, architectural design, or related engineering disciplines, ideally within the luxury retail sector or hospitality industry. Demonstrated track record of managing complex multi-site renovation programmes and leading cross-functional teams.
Education
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
