Richemont seeks a Senior Production and Procurement Pilot for its Paris operations, leading production planning and buying strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production planning and execution across manufacturing operations
- Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency
- Coordinate between production, purchasing, and supply chain teams to meet delivery timelines
- Implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives within production and buying functions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards on production and procurement performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production planning and procurement in a luxury or complex manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in production management systems and procurement software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
- Fluency in French and English required

Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within luxury goods, haute horlogerie, jewelry, or complex artisanal manufacturing environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in supply chain or procurement management are preferred.
