Richemont seeks Senior Product Owner for Internal Warehousing in Meyrin, Switzerland. Lead global warehouse management solutions and drive digital logistics innovation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders (Group Logistics, Maisons, Functions, and regional management) and the product/technology teams
  • Develop and promote the product vision, owning the product roadmap, budget, and lifecycle management
  • Define product objectives and key results (OKRs) in alignment with Group Logistics business priorities
  • Collaborate with Group Functions and other stakeholders to discover, understand, and translate business needs into product requirements
  • Prioritize demand and manage the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and available capacity
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure product vision is accurately translated into implementation
  • Manage cross-product dependencies by aligning with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure selected technologies match requirements expressed by business stakeholders
  • Own product adoption, including delivery of training support and documentation to end-users
  • Support business-led change management initiatives and share best practices across regions
  • Conduct regular updates to demonstrate how products contribute to business vision and Richemont's strategic success
  • Continuously monitor product performance through user feedback, adoption metrics, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in product management, including roles in multinational and innovative environments
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations and omnichannel distribution models
  • Strong expertise in warehousing solutions stack implementation (WMS, WCS, IoT, etc.) and composable architecture
  • Excellent business acumen with strong customer orientation
  • Proven experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-functional problem-solving
  • Knowledge of collaborative product management tools and Agile frameworks/methodologies
  • Experience implementing product owner techniques (e.g., customer journeys, personas, discovery sessions, agile ceremonies)
  • Ability to anticipate technological change and evaluate emerging solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; skilled at active listening
  • Proven ability to present ideas in user-friendly and executive language at all management levels, including C-suite
  • Experience working in team-oriented and collaborative environments
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory)
