Role & Responsibilities

• Lead advanced integration of AI Code Assistant into the development platform, creating an augmented developer environment beyond basic tool management
• Architect and implement platform engineering solutions including integrations, blueprints, and automation to standardize offerings across the organization
• Develop and maintain internal platform infrastructure using Python and Django, with focus on clean code, testing, and design patterns
• Establish governance-as-code frameworks and automation to replace manual intervention and improve process efficiency
• Engage with internal stakeholders and Maisons to identify opportunities, translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to SSDLC workflows, particularly in VCS, CI, and artifact registry management, ensuring secure and cost-efficient delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software or DevOps Engineering within large-scale or international environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Python with Django framework experience highly valued
• Demonstrated expertise in SSDLC workflows, Version Control Systems, CI/CD pipelines, and artifact registry management
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
• Fluency in English at C1 level (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in tool selection, integration strategies, and migration planning

At least 5 years of professional experience in Software or DevOps Engineering, preferably within large enterprises or international environments with exposure to complex distributed systems and cross-functional team collaboration.
