Richemont seeks Senior Payroll and HRIS Project Manager in Paris. Lead enterprise system implementation and optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of payroll and HRIS system projects from inception through deployment
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement with finance, human resources, and IT departments
- Oversee systems integration, data migration, and process optimization initiatives
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and system security protocols are maintained
