Richemont seeks a Senior Payroll and HRIS Project Manager in Paris to lead strategic technology initiatives and process optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for payroll and HRIS system implementations and upgrades
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business units, and technology vendors to ensure successful system delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and status reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Richemont governance standards
- Optimize payroll processes and HRIS workflows through continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior project team members and foster collaborative working relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or enterprise project management
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale payroll and HR technology projects
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and international labor laws
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms and payroll systems (SAP, Workday, or equivalent)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in payroll project management, HRIS implementation, or related enterprise HR technology roles. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-phase projects with significant business impact. Experience within multinational luxury or FMCG environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
