Senior Payroll & Benefits Officer at Richemont in London - manage payroll and employee benefits operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, pension schemes, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, tax regulations, and pension legislation
- Liaise with external payroll vendors, benefits providers, and regulatory authorities
