Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic packaging quality projects from conception through execution and closure
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols and standards for packaging operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and brand partners to ensure alignment on quality objectives
• Conduct quality audits and supplier evaluations to maintain compliance with luxury industry standards
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver results within approved parameters
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation of innovative packaging quality solutions
• Document and communicate project outcomes, quality metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Mentor and support junior quality team members and project coordinators

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in quality assurance, project management, or packaging operations
• Demonstrated expertise in luxury goods manufacturing, packaging, or premium retail environments
• Advanced proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent certifications)
• Strong project management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar recognized certification)
• Proven track record of successful large-scale project execution and stakeholder management in complex organizational environments
• Deep understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and finishing processes relevant to luxury goods

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in quality management, packaging operations, or related project leadership roles within the luxury goods, premium manufacturing, or high-end retail sectors. Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and establishing quality excellence standards across international supply chains is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or quality systems (ASQ, Six Sigma) are highly valued.
