Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all procurement activities for fragrance concentrates, raw materials, and packaging components in collaboration with Formulation, Regulatory, Development, Homologation, and Quality teams
• Oversee calls for tender, price negotiations, and supplier attributions for concentrates, components, and subcontracting services, ensuring adherence to cost and performance objectives
• Pilot procurement performance KPIs and quarterly reviews; monitor project timelines for new launches and ensure delivery of own workstreams on schedule
• Conduct annual partner negotiations and maintain updated standard pricing in SAP in close alignment with Financial Planning and Control
• Manage tooling budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), associated invoicing, and budget variance analysis and reporting
• Drive procurement strategy implementation and supply chain security; develop and maintain supply security scenarios for both new products and existing range
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and subcontractors in partnership with Industrial Operations teams; maintain comprehensive vendor panels with health checks, certifications, and penetration data
• Assume CSR reference role, oversee responsible procurement practices aligned with social and environmental standards, and report on related certifications and initiatives
• Manage procurement system data (SAP, PowerBI, PLM/CENTRIX), maintain accuracy of purchasing information, and serve as backup SAP and PowerBI key user
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor the work-study apprentice; organize workload to secure project delivery and foster continuous development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent with specialization in Procurement
• Minimum 5 years of professional procurement experience
• Demonstrated expertise in complex procurement negotiations and RFQ management
• Proficiency with SAP, PowerBI, and advanced Excel
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, fragrance, and packaging materials and processes
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English and French

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably in luxury goods, cosmetics, fragrance, or manufacturing sectors. Proven track record in managing complex supplier negotiations, multi-stakeholder project coordination, and procurement system optimization.

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management with a specialization or focus in Procurement. Equivalent professional qualifications in procurement or supply chain are considered.
