IWC Senior Operations Executive in Dubai – Richemont luxury watchmaking. Lead sales operations, stock management & regional support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales and proactively manage stock replenishment across the regional network
- Manage orders, returns, transfers and dispatch in SAP in coordination with regional and headquarters teams
- Serve as key user and point of entry for boutiques, area managers and wholesale partners regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries and complaints
- Manage consignment stock and implement model stocks in compliance with Maison policies
- Create and maintain performance dashboards to monitor market and boutique performance
- Assist with SAP and Booster system openings and closings for retail and event locations
- Handle product requests including straps, warranty cards, repairs and spare parts
- Support business reviews and weekly sales forecasting with analytical insights
- Act as SAP and Booster key user for system testing, releases and pilots
- Coordinate with Supply, Logistics, Finance and regional platforms on all operational matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or equivalent role
- Fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
- SAP or similar ERP system experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized and solution-driven approach
- Passion for fine watchmaking
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain operations, or a comparable role within a luxury or high-complexity retail environment. Proven track record of managing multi-location stock operations, cross-functional coordination with logistics and finance teams, and proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or equivalent field.
