Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Senior Operations Controller in Geneva to drive financial planning and performance analysis across operations and establish a new Customer Service Controlling function.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the financial business partner to Operations departments (Stones, Purchasing, Innovation, Logistics, etc.), delivering insightful analysis on performance, trends, and risks
- Produce and analyze consolidated reporting for Operations departments while ensuring reliability and ownership of financial data
- Consolidate all financial information related to Operations & Métiers department and participate in data collection process improvement
- Establish, develop, and lead the controlling function for the Customer Service division, defining and implementing comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Provide in-depth financial analysis of Customer Service performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Define and monitor KPIs for Customer Service, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives
- Establish and lead the controlling of O&M Real Estate cost by ensuring full understanding of costs and benchmarking best practices for stakeholders
- Serve as the single-entry point of contact for Indirect Purchases, both for VCA and Group Controlling
- Drive reporting improvements and automation initiatives; participate in deployment of reporting tools such as Looker and dashboards
- Anticipate business needs and propose innovative solutions for digital and reporting transformation
Qualifications
- Strong and relevant financial background
