Richemont seeks Senior Merchandise Manager for fashion accessories collection in Paris. Fixed-term contract role requiring luxury retail expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct the merchandising strategy and assortment planning for the fashion accessories collection, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market positioning
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product development, from concept through delivery to retail locations
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer demand to optimize SKU mix and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive collection storytelling and point-of-sale presentation
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports; monitor margin and sell-through metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury goods merchandising, buying, or product management
