Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive collection plans aligned with Chloé's creative DNA, merchandising strategy, and design direction, ensuring consistency across product categories
  • Optimize product assortment efficiency for seasonal and carry-over offerings while accounting for regional market specificities and demand patterns
  • Conduct competitive market analysis focused on collection structure and emerging market trends
  • Establish strategic partnerships with Operations to define collection planning priorities, quality standards, and development timelines
  • Define product pricing positioning strategy and secure margins in collaboration with Operations teams
  • Ensure compelling storytelling and accuracy of product information through to store training and launch
  • Manage showroom and press sample orders and logistics flows
  • Conduct seasonal prebuys for ready-to-wear collections

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of collection or product merchandising experience, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Proven expertise building accessories collections from offer strategy through market launch
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into high-performing, coherent, and profitable assortments
  • Strong command of market analysis, product performance management, and pricing strategy
  • Solid experience managing international collections with understanding of regional market challenges
