Richemont seeks Senior Media Planner in Tokyo to lead LINE strategy, content planning, and digital marketing for luxury brand growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of owned media strategies, primarily focused on the LINE ecosystem and platform evolution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive LINE content calendars aligned with wave campaigns, strategic objectives, and consumer expectations
  • Oversee short, mid, and long-term technical development and evolution of the LINE platform
  • Coordinate communication and negotiation with headquarters teams across media, content, and digital functions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including headquarters, marketing, digital, CRM, and customer service teams
  • Control and manage departmental budget allocation for media initiatives
  • Manage and support retail partner site registration and digital project updates in collaboration with retail teams
  • Analyze performance data from Google Analytics, Global Media Dashboard, and other tools to inform market and consumer insights
  • Monitor competitive landscape and digital movements within the market, sharing findings to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media partners, suppliers, and production companies
  • Lead assigned projects and contribute to cross-functional company initiatives
  • Develop junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in communication, agency work, or media planning within consumer products, retail, or luxury categories
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
  • Demonstrated expertise in LINE account management and platform ecosystem
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing strategies and implementation
  • Experience in luxury brand business operations
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative perspectives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Content production and management experience
