Senior Media Manager at Cartier Korea (Richemont) | Seoul. Lead integrated media strategy across luxury channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Cartier Korea's annual integrated media strategy aligned with Maison priorities and business objectives, defining channel roles and investment priorities across digital, social, video, premium publishing, OOH, and emerging platforms
- Lead the digital media ecosystem with deep expertise across paid social, programmatic, search, video, and premium digital platforms; continuously identify emerging opportunities and platform innovations
- Leverage audience insights and data-driven intelligence to optimize media effectiveness and engagement; challenge and guide global media agencies toward elevated planning quality
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with premium media partners to maximize Cartier's visibility; identify high-impact partnership opportunities across cultural platforms and key media ecosystems
- Monitor competitive media activities, luxury communication trends, and evolving consumer behaviors; provide strategic market intelligence to support communication planning
- Define campaign KPIs, monitor media performance throughout execution, and deliver post-campaign analysis with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead media agency relationships and collaborate closely with PR, Events, Client Experience, Retail, CRM, E-commerce, and HQ stakeholders to deliver fully integrated campaigns
- Ensure local media initiatives align with Cartier's global strategy while maximizing relevance within the Korean market; coach and develop team members to foster capability building and high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in integrated media, digital communications, or media strategy within a luxury brand or leading media agency
- Strong knowledge of the Korean media landscape, digital ecosystem, and evolving luxury consumer behaviors
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into strategic media recommendations that deliver measurable brand and commercial impact
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging media insights, performance data, and market intelligence
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex, matrix organizations with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience coaching teams and leading agency partners toward high performance
- Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in integrated media, digital communications, or media strategy, preferably within a luxury brand environment or at a leading media agency. Demonstrated success in developing and executing media strategies that drive both brand impact and business results.
