Role & Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the lifecycle of master data for products, materials and associated attributes within PIM/PLM/ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions and validation rules to guarantee consistent, auditable master data across channels and regions.
- Lead data cleansing, deduplication and enrichment initiatives; manage bulk uploads, data mappings and reconciliations between source systems.
- Support system implementations, migrations and integrations (PIM/PLM/ERP/MDM), collaborating with IT, merchandising, supply chain and commercial teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Produce regular data quality reports, KPIs and dashboards; escalate issues and propose corrective actions to stakeholders and data stewards.
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert and internal consultant for master data queries, training end-users and documenting processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in master data management, product data or MDM roles, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods.
- Proven experience with PIM/PLM/ERP environments and data migration projects, including requirements gathering, testing and go-live support.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data governance frameworks, data modelling and data quality best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills with an ability to influence across commercial, supply-chain and IT teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritise competing data issues in a fast-paced, global environment.

Senior-level experience in master data management or product data roles, typically five or more years, including ownership of data governance, large-scale data migrations and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within retail, luxury or consumer goods environments.
Education
