Role & Responsibilities

• Lead location scouting and analyze potential retail sites, developing budgets and project timelines for approval
• Coordinate with internal design teams through all phases of design development and construction documentation
• Identify and manage the bidding process for project architects and consultants, ensuring alignment with budget and quality objectives
• Work collaboratively with architects, Richemont IT and Security teams, and landlords to ensure compliance with US building codes and design intent
• Manage the complete project lifecycle for approximately five retail construction projects annually, from conception to closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Monitor cost tracking, process invoices, and coordinate reconciliations with accounts payable on a regular basis
• Oversee procurement and coordination of owner-supplied items and maintain liaison between stores, headquarters, and vendors for repair and maintenance needs
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and special projects such as pop-up installations as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in store design, construction management, or related field
• Demonstrated experience working with architects, general contractors, millworkers, and materials suppliers
• Deep expertise in construction materials, methods, timelines, costs, and budget management
• Extensive knowledge of architecture and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Understanding of building codes, permitting requirements, ADA compliance, and energy-related regulations
• Proven ability to review, analyze, and negotiate bids from architectural firms, general contractors, and construction management entities
• Experience in the luxury goods industry preferred
