Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Performance in New York, NY. Lead analytics and strategy across the Americas region with $125–$145K annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze business performance across the Americas region, translating data into actionable insights aligned with Maison expectations
- Develop retail strategies and behaviors that drive sales through key performance drivers and metrics
- Formulate business strategies to address regional opportunities and improve overall retail performance
- Facilitate implementation of reporting excellence and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Manage retail business projects including development of high-level business presentations and financial analysis
- Support cross-functional departments with regular data sharing to highlight business trends, concerns, and opportunities; assist in budget and labor planning processes
- Partner with Training and HR teams to analyze boutique performance, identify top performers and emerging talents, and recommend performance improvement opportunities
- Serve as BI and Analytics expert; drive new BI functions rollout to the US market, conduct user tests, deliver KPI training, and lead boutique director training on reporting and dashboards
- Manage Pre-CAR process for Americas network projects through market research, sales projections, and team structure planning
- Create tools and resources to support boutique management teams in forecasting, compliance monitoring, and performance management
- Prepare and deliver frequent financial analysis and KPI reporting for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in luxury retail
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of retail mathematics and metrics
- Demonstrated experience monitoring, tracking, and reporting KPIs
- Knowledge of retail budgets, sales trends, and forecasting
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize insights into strategic initiatives
- SAP BI experience preferred
- Power BI and/or Google Looker experience highly beneficial
- SAP knowledge preferred

Minimum 7 years of professional work experience in luxury retail, with proven expertise in monitoring, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators. Demonstrated competence in retail budgeting, sales trend analysis, and forecasting. Experience with BI platforms and data interpretation required.
