Senior Manager, Network Development at Richemont in New York—lead luxury boutique openings and retail expansion projects across North America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of boutique project briefs and business cases for new boutiques, relocations, and expansions, consolidating inputs from Commercial, Finance, SDP, Real Estate, Product, and Regional stakeholders
  • Orchestrate cross-functional taskforces for boutique openings, expansions, and relocations, establishing and managing integrated project plans across all workstreams including Retail Operations, HR & Recruitment, Product & Assortment, Client Development, Marketing & Communications, Training & Learning, IT & Security, and Facilities & Services
  • Establish project governance frameworks and meeting cadences; facilitate decision-making among cross-functional and international stakeholders; prepare executive-level updates and steering committee presentations
  • Lead readiness assessments from 18 months pre-opening through launch and post-opening stabilization, coordinating recruitment, training, client strategy, and operational readiness initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, dashboards, critical paths, and reporting standards to track progress, risks, budget impacts, and key decisions across all projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Retail Management, or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management, retail development, operations, or luxury retail
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in boutique development, retail expansion, store openings, hospitality, or luxury environments
