Richemont seeks a Senior Manager of Marketing in New York to lead strategic brand initiatives within the luxury retail sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Richemont's brand portfolio
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, fostering collaboration across creative, digital, and retail operations
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI measurement across marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Direct brand positioning, messaging, and market positioning for assigned luxury brands
- Partner with retail operations, merchandising, and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector
- Proven track record leading marketing teams and managing budgets exceeding $1–3 million annually
- Deep knowledge of luxury consumer behavior, brand architecture, and omnichannel retail dynamics
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, and data analytics
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred

Experience
8–10 years of progressive marketing experience within luxury brands, high-end retail, or selective distribution channels. Previous experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and leading marketing teams in a matrix organization is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Strategy is preferred.
