Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead development of client-centric marketing strategies supporting acquisition, retention, loyalty, and reactivation across North America
  • Build annual and seasonal activation plans aligned with marketing priorities and commercial objectives
  • Develop marketing strategies for key client segments including VICs, loyalists, prospects, new clients, and lapsed clients
  • Design scalable activation frameworks and communication strategies tailored to distinct client audiences
  • Lead development and execution of one-to-many client communications across CRM channels including email and SMS
  • Design lifecycle marketing programs supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and reactivation
  • Partner with Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale, Communications, and Client Experience teams to deliver coordinated engagement strategies
  • Translate client data and behavioral insights into targeted campaigns that drive measurable business impact
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the Marketing organization, ensuring audience needs inform planning and execution
  • Partner with Client Experience Director to ensure alignment between one-to-one clienteling efforts and one-to-many marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing, CRM, and project management
  • Proven experience developing personalized marketing strategies and client engagement programs
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker, SAP, or similar marketing and analytics platforms
  • Experience within luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands preferred
