Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of annual budget and Latest Estimate cycles aligned with strategic objectives
- Manage upload of financial data into Gemini and Anaplan systems for robust reporting and analysis
- Oversee capital expenditure monitoring by project, comparing actuals against budget and collaborating with brand teams on reconciliation and variance identification
- Proactively monitor and report on cash forecasts with focus on net acquisitions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial packages highlighting P&L performance, revenue drivers, and expense analysis for business reviews
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to business partners on financial performance and key risks
- Execute sales analysis to monitor trends and understand key performance drivers across the network
- Prepare and submit detailed capital investment requisitions including P&L analysis, commentary, and comparative brand KPI data
- Maintain Investment Management System integrity and manage CAPEX project codes and new boutique allocations
- Partner with Accounting team on monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate accruals and provisions
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support broader finance team initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in retail or luxury consumer products
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, with SAP strongly preferred
- Proficiency with business intelligence and financial planning tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, Gemini, or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, variance reporting, and cash flow forecasting
- Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and operational finance

Experience
7–10+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience within retail or luxury consumer goods sectors, with demonstrated expertise in budget management, capital planning, and financial reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related financial discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
