Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end FP&A cycle for Van Cleef & Arpels activities in the assigned geography, including annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting and long-range planning.
- Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to support revenue, margin and cash-flow forecasting under multiple scenarios.
- Produce clear, executive-level management reporting and board-ready presentations that translate financial results into actionable commercial insights.
- Partner closely with commercial, merchandising and operations teams to drive KPI definition, margin improvement initiatives and investment prioritisation.
- Oversee monthly close analysis, variance explanations and consolidated reporting to global finance and group stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy, timeliness and scalability of FP&A deliverables.
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff; provide guidance on technical analysis, presentation and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Coordinate with corporate finance, treasury and accounting teams to ensure alignment of forecasts, working capital and capital expenditure plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
- Proven ability to translate commercial drivers into financial metrics and to influence senior stakeholders with clear narrative and data.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience developing and coaching finance professionals.
- High level of intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience implementing process improvements and driving cross-functional projects.

Experience
Approximately 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience within retail, luxury goods or consumer products, including several years in a lead or managerial capacity partnering closely with commercial teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or professional accounting designation preferred.
