Senior FP&A Manager position at Richemont in New York overseeing watch maison financial operations across the Americas with salary range $144,000–$150,000.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budget and latest estimate processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions with detailed workpapers and collaborative engagement with brand management locally and centrally
  • Drive monthly close processes by coordinating with business partners, managing deadlines, ensuring accurate financial results, and analyzing trends across the watch portfolio
  • Provide comprehensive variance analysis and month-end reporting to brand management with insightful commentary, evolving dashboards and KPI tracking to meet dynamic brand needs
  • Oversee personnel cost planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with brand management and HR; continually monitor cost evolution to optimize organizational strategy
  • Manage capital expenditure (capex) processes, including preparation of capital investment requisitions (CARs), P&L analysis, and tracking of capex spending versus approved budgets
  • Support A&P (Advertising & Promotion) cost review and optimization in collaboration with marketing teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and regional fund allocation
  • Coordinate with Mexico and Brazil finance teams to consolidate operating results across the Americas region and ensure consistency with Richemont policies and internal control standards
  • Advocate for strong internal controls, conducting monthly compliance reviews with brand teams and providing meaningful feedback on control documentation and operational procedures
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support broader finance team and strategic decision-making initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10 years of FP&A experience in multinational corporate environments
  • Solid background in accounting and finance principles with strong technical foundation
  • Proficiency in Excel, Analysis, and PowerPoint with working knowledge of Power BI, Looker, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Experience with SAP and/or Anaplan systems
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative information
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and adapt communications for diverse audiences and levels
  • Luxury and/or retail industry experience preferred
