Richemont seeks Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for Watch Maisons in New York. Lead FP&A strategy across luxury watch brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple watch brands and regional markets
- Develop and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks to support strategic business decisions
- Manage relationships with business unit leaders and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance against plan
- Oversee the preparation of executive dashboards and reporting materials for senior management
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to streamline FP&A operations
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in FP&A or strategic financial planning roles
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Strong understanding of luxury goods, fashion, or consumer goods industry dynamics
- Proven leadership capability with ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Proficiency with financial planning software and enterprise resource planning systems

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated FP&A or strategic financial planning function. Proven track record of leading complex financial initiatives and delivering actionable insights to support C-suite decision-making in a global, multi-brand environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline required. Advanced degree (MBA, MSF) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
