Richemont seeks a Senior Legal Counsel in London to provide strategic legal guidance on maternity cover contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters across the Richemont portfolio
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Manage legal compliance and risk mitigation initiatives
- Support executive management and board-level matters
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or barrister admitted to practise in England and Wales
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience in luxury goods, retail, or corporate law
- Proven expertise in commercial contracts and corporate governance
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, or luxury retail legal practice, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex legal matters and advising senior leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and qualification as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales.
