Richemont is recruiting a Senior Learning & Development Project Manager in Paris to lead transformational training and capability-building programmes across the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and oversee end-to-end learning and development initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple maisons and business units
- Develop comprehensive L&D curricula, training programmes, and leadership development pathways
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; ensure delivery within defined parameters and KPIs
- Assess organizational learning needs through gap analysis and performance reviews; translate findings into actionable learning solutions
- Collaborate with Human Resources, talent management, and operational teams to ensure programme effectiveness and employee capability building
- Measure and report on learning outcomes, impact metrics, and return on investment for all L&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, training programme management, or organizational development roles
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder L&D projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of luxury, retail, or hospitality sector dynamics and workforce development challenges
- Advanced project management capabilities and familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Expertise in learning technology platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital training tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and navigate matrix organizational structures

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training programme management, or organizational development within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar customer-centric environments. Demonstrated success leading large-scale L&D initiatives, managing diverse project teams, and delivering measurable training outcomes across multi-site or multi-regional organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or learning and development (CIPD, ATD) are advantageous.
