Van Cleef & Arpels hiring Senior Learning & Development Project Manager in Paris. Lead strategic L&D initiatives and transformation programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of institutional acculturation programs, including onboarding initiatives, learning culture development, and manager training curricula
- Facilitate training delivery to managers and teams in alignment with maison heritage and values
- Conceive, design, and deploy competency development programs addressing strategic business needs and professional transformation across the organization
- Manage multiple high-stakes L&D projects concurrently with attention to organizational impact and change management
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in proximity HR or Learning & Development roles
- Demonstrable expertise in training facilitation, instructional design, and pedagogical engineering
- Proven change management capabilities and experience managing organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and oral)
