Richemont Paris: Senior Human Resources Manager (CDI) – Lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee relations in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Richemont's luxury positioning
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment planning, and executive search initiatives across multiple business units
- Oversee employee relations, performance management systems, and organizational development programs
- Manage HR compliance, labor law adherence, and regulatory documentation in the French market
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational restructuring and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR management experience in multinational or luxury retail environments
- Proven expertise in French employment law and CNIL/GDPR compliance
- Strong track record in talent acquisition and executive recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with C-suite executives
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages advantageous
