Chloé seeks Senior HR Business Partner in Paris to lead talent development, organizational transformation, and employee engagement for the luxury fashion maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with executive leadership on organizational development, talent management, and employee experience initiatives aligned with the maison's ambitions
  • Independently manage all HR processes within assigned scope: onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans
  • Guide and mentor managers on HR decision-making with balanced strategic and operational perspectives
  • Build strong engagement across teams through proximity and understanding of business challenges
  • Monitor and optimize HR budgets for assigned population, proposing solutions to anticipate and support organizational changes
  • Collaborate with Richemont's Personnel Administration and Payroll teams to ensure accurate population management and HR data integrity within Workday
  • Lead and manage disciplinary matters in coordination with HR leadership and external legal counsel, ensuring procedural compliance and equitable treatment
  • Actively drive social dialogue and manage employee representative body (CSE): meeting preparation, issue coordination, and data consolidation and analysis
  • Initiate and lead cross-functional HR projects supporting the maison's broader HR strategy, including school relationships, partnerships, employer branding events, and campus initiatives
  • Coach and co-manage an HR & Campus intern in their professional development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as HR Manager or equivalent in demanding, transformation-oriented environments
  • Mastery of end-to-end HR disciplines with proven autonomy and initiative-taking ability
  • Demonstrated experience in labor relations and social dialogue
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize information, build recommendations, and advocate persuasively
  • Fluent English proficiency enabling seamless communication in international settings (written and oral)
  • Recognized interpersonal intelligence, strong listening skills, and ability to balance human and business priorities

Experience
