Richemont — Cartier seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager in Hong Kong to lead HR operations and talent strategy for local retail and corporate teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as senior HR business partner to local leadership across retail and corporate functions, translating global HR strategy into actionable local plans.
  • Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and onboarding for Hong Kong, including senior hires and retail leadership roles.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary processes in compliance with Hong Kong labour law.
  • Design and implement performance management, succession planning and development programs tailored to boutique and head‑office teams.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, working with regional/central teams to ensure market competitiveness and local compliance.
  • Drive organisational change initiatives, restructuring and workforce planning in coordination with regional HR and business leaders.
  • Maintain HR operations integrity: policy implementation, headcount control, HR reporting and payroll liaison with external providers.
  • Provide HR analytics and regular people metrics to senior management to inform business decisions and talent strategy.
  • Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives and local culture development aligned with Cartier’s brand values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and statutory requirements.
  • Proven ability to operate as an HR business partner in luxury retail, hospitality or premium consumer goods environments.
  • Strong leadership presence with demonstrated experience coaching senior stakeholders and managing cross‑functional projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the brand with discretion and professionalism.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred.
