Richemont seeks a Senior HR Manager for People Operations & Compliance in Singapore to lead HR strategy, compliance, and employee relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of people operations policies, procedures, and systems across the organization
- Oversee compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and international HR standards
- Manage employee relations and conduct investigations into workplace matters as required
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Develop training programs and ensure organizational compliance with statutory requirements
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR counsel on talent strategy and organizational design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant experience in HR operations, compliance, and people management
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law and local labor regulations
- Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR operations or compliance-focused role, preferably in a multinational luxury or corporate environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
