Richemont seeks a Senior General Ledger Accountant in Seoul to manage financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate with internal audit and external auditors on financial compliance matters
- Monitor accounting processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Document and maintain detailed accounting procedures and internal controls
- Support financial planning and analysis initiatives
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local Korean accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in general ledger accounting, financial accounting, or a related accounting function within a multinational corporate environment, preferably in the luxury goods or retail sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional accounting certification is advantageous.
